MEDICAL CANNABIS CERTIFICATION
Do you Qualify for Medical Cannabis?
The following conditions would qualify you for your Kentucky medical marijuana card: any type or form of cancer; chronic severe, intractable, or debilitating pain; epilepsy or any other intractable seizure disorder; multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity; chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting; or post-traumatic stress disorder.
Our programs include online Telehealth/Virtual consult, in-person exam and virtual annual renewal exam.
If deemed eligible: You will leave the office with a written cannabis certification. Then, in January, you’ll be able to apply for and receive your medical marijuana card from the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis.
