A deposit must be paid at the time of booking for all treatments, deposits may vary depending on the  desired treatment.

Please note: HSA & FSA is accepted but it is determined by the insurance company whether the service will be reimbursed to you. Please call insurance company prior to the appointment. 

Please note: We will only allow one rescheduled appointment. We must be notified by email at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
